MANAGER – PRODUCTION

About this role

• Plan, coordinate and execute production activities as per targets. • Coordinate with Top Management for production targets and planning. • Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Warehouse, Engineering and other departments for smooth operations. • Ensure availability of raw materials as per the production plan. • Ensure preparation, review and implementation of SOPs, BMRs and BCRs in the Production area. • Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). • Ensure safe working practices and safety compliance in the Production area. • Review production plans and preventive maintenance schedules. • Achieve production targets with consistent yield, quality and productivity. • Review production documents and records. • Ensure timely completion of calibration activities in coordination with Engineering. • Identify training needs and provide necessary training to employees. • Monitor, evaluate and motivate team members for continuous improvement. • Drive compliance, productivity, quality and continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills

• Strong experience in API / Pharmaceutical Production • Good knowledge of Production Planning & Execution • Strong understanding of GMP and production documentation • Good leadership, coordination and team-management skills • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint
