How candidate information is used within the hiring workflow.

Candidate data is used for vacancies, resume parsing, clarifications, AI interviews, and hiring evaluation.

Access is role-based. API access is protected by managed credentials and should only be used by trusted HRMS services.

Camera and microphone are requested only when a candidate explicitly starts an AI interview.
